Wellmade offers
original users a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and delamination
with the exception of improper maintenance or installation. However, as
bamboo is a nature product, color variations do exist and are not considered
as manufacturing defects.
Wellmade will replace any uninstalled flooring boards that the installer
feels not suitable for installation. Full credit could be made by simply
returning the uninstalled floorings to the dealer stores. The original
users must inspect the flooring boards before installation. As long as
the boards are nailed or glued, they are accepted by the original users.
Wellmade liability is limited to the value of the products. Labor, transportation,
storage, installation and any other incidental or consequential costs
are not covered by the warranty.
Our premium Ceramic finish
carries a full thirty-year wear-through warranty to original residential
purchasers and a five-year warranty for original commercial purchasers.
Finish warranty excludes any indentations, scratches or other surface
damages caused by improper maintenance, negligence, water, erosion,
pets, pebbles, sand, furniture scratches, other abrasives and insufficient
protection. This warranty is valid only if the original purchaser can
provide an original proof of purchase.
