Provisions
This
warranty is applies to the original purchaser only, and is
non-transferable. Proof of
purchase is required.
No claims will be allowed for obvious defects after the plank is
installed. Flooring must be
inspected prior to installation, and if not satisfactory, returned to
your selling dealer.
No claims will be allowed for installation related issues.
All warranties regarding the installation or suitability for
installation are the responsibility of the installer and/or
dealer.
Note:
All hardwood floors expand and contract with the seasons, this means you
may have small gaps appear during winter or exposure to very dry
conditions, they will usually close when humidity level rises.
This
Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from or in any way
attributable to:
1.
Improper storage, handling or installation of the Flooring;
2.
Abuse, lack of maintenance,
neglect, abnormal use or misuse, negligence; application of solvents, corrosives or other chemicals to the flooring;
3.
Damage, scratching, or indentation due to excessive pivot and
point loads, high-heeled shoes, unpadded furniture
feet; sand, pebbles, other abrasives, or other unintended uses;
Protect your floor with walk-off mats and
floor protectors for furniture feet.
All wood floors can be
scratched, dented, or lose gloss over time, therefore Wellmade
cannot warrant this type of
damage.
4. Moisture problems
(including sub floor moisture, leaks, wet mopping, etc.) or excessive
dryness or heat;
5.
Settlement or movement of
the structure to which the Flooring is attached;
6.
Variations in color, grain and markings that exist in the
Flooring when new (such variation in bamboo is a
natural occurrence, so that Flooring may not match display
samples) or that develop over time because of
varying exposure to sunlight or UV light;
7.
Installation over radiant
floor heating;
This
writing is the complete and exclusive statement of the warranty, and is
in lieu of all other expressed and/or statutory warranties. We assume no
liability for incidental or consequential damages. The sole remedy
provided herein is the repair, refinish, replacement, or refund for
defective products. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
